  1. Watch Kevin Pereira from G4 say Oblivion is not worth buying

They played the game for 50 minutes. http://www.g4tv.com/attackoftheshow/blo ... l#comments 50 minutes. That's not enough to make an opinion.
  2. Review Attack of the Show says Oblivion "not worth $60"

That's an Attack Of The Show review. They play games for an hour then post impressions. The host himself loves the game. It's the review team in the back that played for 50 mins that didn't. Here's where they say themselves they played for 50 minutes plus the backlash against them...
  3. Am i the only one here who was dissapointed with fallout 2 ?

Wow. I skipped Fallout since I thought the second would rape the first...and now you tell me the first is better. Fallout here I come.
  4. The real Oblivion reviews are starting to change

Why do I like it? Because I love the quests. The story. The twists. The combat system. The caves, dungeons and other loot and monsters filled places. Reason enough for me.
  5. The real Oblivion reviews are starting to change

This is utterly funny. The ''real'' reviews, eh. All these people who like the game are wrong! This one guy on the ESF gave a ''real'' review. Thanks for enlighting me! Right. Furthermore, no NPC can give you his horse as a gift, unless you get it in a quest...Yet you people still...
  6. Todd Howard on the Oblivion Release

This is what I'm thinking about too. Critisism is fine by me, but judging the players is dumb.
  7. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

For most enemies I fought, they have animations that tell you what move their gonna pull out. And I didn't try alchemy yet...although the prospect of buying a house and transforming it into an alchemy lab is pretty tempting. Especially since you can get servants too. I'd could summon...
  8. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

No quest like this in the game. I never had to help anyone travel or find an item for them.
  9. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

It actually suck pretty much when you have to wait for your Magicka to fill back up just to heal yourself after fighting two skeletons. No Sorcery potions or Healing potions around. Maybe I'm not looking around as good as I thought as I was.
  10. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

Where the hell do you get potions? I saw three and I am now level 3 and a silencer for the Dark Brotherhood.
  11. Radiant AI - the first Pillar of Bullshit tumbles?

Like I said, I love the game. But the Codex was right. This is not really an RPG. It's more of an action game. And as an action game, it's pretty much the best around.
  12. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

The animations are fine. No skating for sure. I don't see how having unpredictable enemies is wrong too. And you have two moves at the beginning of the game. not one. And I actually find that potions are extremely rare. You rarely find them.
  13. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

Better then Morrowind. A hundred times better. A million times better.
  14. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

The type of post I hate and the reason people despise this place. You act like all the people who enjoy Oblivion are wrong. Heck people come here and say how it sucks yet these are the people who said they'd never buy it...and all of their complaints don't make any sense to me since I am...
  15. The RPG in Oblivion (Do the review right)

Well...like they say, this place is the RPG Codex. I think they care if the game isn't a pure RPG.
