In the books Triss claims that she will never expose her cleavage due to wounds she suffered at the battle of Sodden.
Why? Someone cut off her tits or something?
Bombshell like her gotta show 'em...
She showed them through her dress, she just didn't bare skin, which was burned with magical projectiles during the battle of Sodden.

Triss is several decades younger, if anything the video games aged her up a little bit. One of several reasons why Yennefer is so utterly, desperately threatened by her relationship with Geralt.

Neither Yennefer nor Triss comes from Redania. In fact, Triss is a citizen of Temeria, which might be seen as an analogue of France in witcher universe (some people might argue that Toussaint is France).

Speaking of old hags, how is your first lady doing?
