The legendary master Sneak Thief (old Garrett) is captured and imprisoned in the Old Prison underneath the Moira Asylum. He managed to hide a hidden treasure cache including coins as old as The City, and a strange painting. He lost his mechanical eye in the prison (although its not known if he escaped or died there).

Garrett is dead? And this guy is an impostor? Holy shit this game is truly a Thief in name only.
