I don't know if it was the same one, but you start off as a kid ferrying supplies and throwing stones at tanks, then progress to a fully-fledged soljah of gawd.

I based her overall design on several different mutants form the game: deathclaw for the dragonic features, radscorpion for her venomous tail, brahmin for her lactation, and of course centaur for her obvious lower deformities.

What. The. Fuck.Ugh I play World of Darkness with Mr Who-to-be and his friends and his friend who started it had my character raped. He asked me in private before we played if it would be triggering and I gave him permission but I definitely asked if he would do the same to a male character. He said he would and ended up having his bf's character raped later on. I felt a little better and I was glad that he talked to me beforehand instead of springing it on me in the middle of play.
To be honest I want to make a prototype for each of those ideas.Each and every one of those concepts shows more promise than anything Molyneux has made in the last 15 years though.Pete has gone insane.

Journey playtesters kept offing each other
Thatgamecompany’s Robin Hunicke got very down on humanity while prototyping co-operative adventure Journey.
In one early build of Journey, players could shove each other around more than in the final version.
“We were doing play tests, where we invited players to come in and play the game. However, instead of cooperating and building a relationship each other, the players just kept attacking each other and pushing each other into the pit,” Hunicke told Siliconera.
“At the time, I was very disappointed in mankind; we designed all the settings so they will help each other, but they still just kill each other, as if they don’t have any morality at all.”
The producer ran into a child psychologist who told her that in a virtual space, where everything is new, players “become kids, and don’t know what they’re doing is bad”. The psychologist advised Hunicke to avoid negative feedback but find some way to show players it was wrong.
“So when I went back to the prototype, we removed the physics so they couldn’t push each other into the pit,” she said.

I would be willing to make the entire engine. It would not be proprietary. Not entirely at least. I am an experienced programmer and have probably the best use doing an engine for this kind of game. The only pay I would require is 500 USD a month. Or 25USD each day for pizza.
Joking aside, I am willing to help out with tool creation. If you pick an obscure engine or a well known but underused engine (like FIFE) I would be able to devote myself around the clock to creating your toolset. Payment in pizzas would be nice though..
