Rage aside, it's funny how furries etc only started to dig "Fallout" after Fallout 3 happened.

Yeah, but at least they kept it to themselves.
Now all kinds of Jasedes want to be known and not only tolerated, but accepted.
I contemplate suicide.

Not much of an incline, but still.

Oh shi-. For some reason it reminds me of swiftly deleted topic on Bethboards, in which some furry wrote "MY FURSONA IS DEATHCLAW" and then vomited wall of text in which he described deathclaws as his spiritual twins or something.
But Goris was pretty bro and deathclaws from Failout Tictacs looked quite awsum.
:(
Err, and so was Marcus. But you don't see people go "MY FURSONA IS SUPER-MUTANT". Actually, I don't understand how the fuck could any furry claim deathclaw as fursona, giving the fact they don't have any fur, save those in Tactics.
It's metaphoric fur.

As for super mutants, they are ex-humans.

This particular page of this thread is filling me with loathing and rage, and not in a good way. We need a final solution for these sick people.

I will ask JF to fill the next one with his blood porn, or maybe CK to post some guro hentai.

People tend to not be satisfactorily describable by a single trait, even if it's fucked up.

this is the best game ever i have ever played

i haven't even played it yet and i know this for sure

if you don't like this game it's just not your type of game and you eat boogers

the only reason this game doesn't get a 10 (it gets a 9.999999) is because you can't be a dwarf (which i am sexually attracted to [only females])

i applaud bioware for taking an already perfect game in origins and completely revamping everything that made it good and creating perfection again for its sequel

is there any way we can donate money to bioware from this site? i don't feel the $60 i paid is enough for such an acheivment in man made art, think of it as a tip for a great meal at a restaurant

hopefully other game devs take not of what has been done here, especially the people behind the witcher 2

games are about magnificent stories and immersing the player in a unique fantasy world, which bioware manages to do again and again in every product they release time after time

at the end of the day dragon age 2 is the greatest game since backgammon, you heard it here first
I like the sarcasm, but it may end up going way over people's heads.

I was wondering if that was one of you guys posting when I read that

It does surprise me somewhat that that even the Biowhore sheeple find it a stupid and dumbed down game, though doubtlessly it will still sell better than previous games of theirs. However how well what ever the following game sells is another matter all together, considering that all of those who were disappointed with DA2 are unlikely to purchase the next one. Or perhaps I am holding humanityin to high regard and they will all buy it any way. :/

how many caves have you been in in real life? as an experienced caveman, many caves share similar attributes with one another

bioware isn't the type of developed to let this go unnoticed, if you take a glance on their budget reports, you'll find thousands of dollars each fiscal year is developed to "researching"

do you think this invovles sitting on the computer? maybe for bethestda, but not bioware

bioware takes video gaming seriously

Okay, IronAgePig has got to be a troll.

The Bethesda mention and budget reports gives it away.

:salute:

This kind of backlash is inevitable when you have a developer or series with a devoted fanbase and new game ends up sucking. Some guy talking about Civilization V put it best:

The game comes out, and the fanbase is euphoric! For a few days, anyway. Then the stories start creeping out. Too many bugs detracting from running the game. The second game isn't nearly as interesting as the first, and the third is just plain boring. Influential, long-time community members start posting that the game lacks depth and isn't as good as past games in the series/franchise. These claims are hotly debated, and forums turn into polarized camps of "haters" and "fanboys". After a month passes and the initial excitment begins to wear off, more and more of the fanbase begins to lose interest. Some of those who initially defended the game begin to join the critics. A mantra begins among the faithful, "wait for the patch!" Patching will surely solve these issues and salvage the game. The wait for the patch becomes interminable, and more fans drift away to other games. Then finally the patch arrives, hallelujah! Only... the patch makes marginal improvements, and nearly everything remains the same. More fans drift away, and the waiting for the next patch cycle begins.

Looks familiar, doesn't it? Not 100% applicable to Bioware, but I've seen this happen many times.

Unfortunately I'd say BioWare fans are more of the Team Gizka type of variety. Though I'd be happy to be mistaken.
