I still regularly recite some WC3 lines in various situations at home:

When a kid demands snacks: "Yes m'lord"
When wife demands service: "On my way!"
When family members gang up on me verbally: "Stop poking me!"

Always liked: "In the pipe and five by five" from SC too.

Company of Heroes has some funny lines that come at various times:

"This half track smells like volksgrenadiers"
"Roses are red, violets are blue, I'm stuck on the Eastern Front, and so are you!"

Some of the lines if you poke on units repeatedly are also pretty funny:

Gunner! Point the turret up at that camera in the sky!
Go back to the main menu, and try the tutorial.
No! I will not take my clothes off if you keep clicking.
Oh goody, we have one of those players.
We're fucked, crew! Command is drunk again!

Anyway, Dawn of War had the best barks. My favourites are actually from the Librarian.

Why RTSs only? I would be glad to give my vote for the unforgettable "Ignis Demonia!" from you know what from.

As for RTSs I can't recall for now anything more inspiring than Greek units answers from Age of Mythology: "prosekhe", "metalefs", "prostagma" and so on.

EDIT: Well, no, I recalled now something even more inspiring: the lovecraftian gurgles of Tha'Roon units from War Wind series.

WC2 peon ("Work complete!"), although the human peasant is awesome.

I think everything Dark Omen is gold so I'll toss in Morgan Bernhardt as one of the most iconic and memorable ones. ("Chaaaarge!", "To the death!", "We're under fire!", "We fear the enemy!"). To this day, whenever I'm playing any game where it might be appropriate, I'll yell out these voice lines as my characters attack / die / run away.
