BROS, some dudes translated an obscure (?) wapanese strategy (?) game for PS2.
One thing is certain - it's tank-related:

Is nice to see that only one guy has managed to translate a fucktoon of lines in less than a month, I think he has already surpassed the Rance 8 translation's progress.

The guy translating Rance 6 says he will do Kichikuou when he is finished. So expect it in about 5 years or so. Rance 6 is pretty good though, certainly better than Quest.

Sadly my favourite of the adventure ones, Rance 4, seems completely unloved by all of these various translator groups

This is actually really really good. Not really a game though since it's a visual novel. It's also distinctly less anime than most visual novels, imo at least.

Kichikuō Rance

The guy translating Rance 6 says he will do Kichikuou when he is finished. So expect it in about 5 years or so. Rance 6 is pretty good though, certainly better than Quest.

4 it's supposed to be halfway translated by the same group that did 1 and 02. Unfortunately the main translator disappeared with all the script while doing 3.
The guy is still active at hongfire and I sent him a pm several months ago, according to him supposedly 3 is done and only editing is left, so there is still hope. But again he hasn't showed up in his group's site in more than six months so...

Anyway I'm learning moonrunes, and hopefully I will be able to learn enough to make some LPs with the help of online dictionaries and stuff.

Also the final Rance game (10) will probably be some short of epic Kichikou Rance remake, that will be proof that an eroge developer can make a better job at creating epic storytelling than AAA++ western developers.
(If only it could be codeveloped by Obsidian. In **KNOWING**the teachings of Zerthimon my hyperweapon has grow stronger).

Also, it is absolutely, completely, totally DISTURBING. And has minor C&C, lolis and Lovecraftian monsters.

Alicesoft with like 15 guys - Consistent story over nearly 25 years and 10 games (not counting Kichikuou).

I mean, Miki isn't even really relevant to the story of a Rance game until Sengoku IIRC, but she and what has been going on with her storyline has been referenced all the way back in Rance 1. Thats seriously epic in foreshadowing. I can't wait for that Kichikuou-like remake.

Story is better, honestly the Shit to Tiara (yes, I liked it that much) story is predictable as fuck and BORING ... much better on this one with much better characters, also there is zero Ermin and zero faggoty over a particular shitty character (Ermin).

Also girls are FAR superior because the writer was not masturbating 24/7 over a particular SHITTY character (did I mentioned Ermin?), even the male characters are superior and despite being linear pretty much every girl gets a route, instead of being backdrop for FUCKING ERMIN!

System ... as much I would say TtT system is better, its not used better, Underwater Ray Romano system works and since you cannot go out and raise 20 levels by XP farming since story is linear so is combat the system used actually ends up working better because it lacks the JRPG "and then the player goes out for 20 hours to level" bullshit when it comes to encounter design, in fact I think the PS3 version of TtT made several changes since I recall magic was utter POINTLESS in TtT as in this one is worth using it.

Apparently the anime is really good.

Its faithful for most part, it does not mention a few things (like the Twins gender, the game does) and since H content is removed some parts are also removed that is kinda bad, especially in Yuzuha case, also a lot of comedy parts were removed for the DVD extras, meaning its not as well balanced as the game story.

My favorite character is Karura.

She is a minor character or would be if the fucking game did not started to slam her into my face every fucking scene, serious at one point its nothing but fucking Ermin that is damn clear to me she was the author favorite and keep ramming her down our throats, Rhiannon is just irreverent despite some attempts at making her Eruru.

TtT is just a worst version of Underwater Ray Romano, I would have given some points for the combat system if it actually WORKED in practice ... also despite the crap they given TtT original (that is, "the porn version") art style at least in design it was no so fucking Typical Anime Fantasy Clothing, it had SOME originality but I guess that does not fly in Area 11, no maids have to dress like FRENCH MAIDOS ... ah fuck it, I just fucking hate that shitty badly done copy of Utawarerumono.
