Everyone is just assuming he died from health issues because he was fat. Some of his wife's comments on twitter and the fact they didn't give a cause of death make me wonder if he offed himself though. For example she mentioned purging "evil spirits" form the house and how "laughter = a front."

Of course we're all speculating.

Why would you get married only to kill yourself three days later? Surely she's not THAT bad. Anyway, what could this guy be depressed about? He was living on easy street with that shtick -- unless Giant Bomb doesn't make any money.

Depression is not exclusively a symptom of living in hardship and/or poverty.

And if it were, we could be rid of the poor in no time! :troll:

Sounds like he died losing his virginity (after 3 days of working up his courage).

Massively obese man running on little sleep during a stressful time (weddings and vacations are stressful) probably overeating and chugging booze dies while on his honeymoon...

Not sure who said that, but even for as fat as he was it likely wasn't a heart attack. Even healthy people can drop dead at odd ages.

This is very true but this guy was a flesh landslide crammed into people clothing.

He doesn't look that fat. Obviously not 'average' weight but not Jim Sterling territory.

Actually, that is pretty evil. Just think of all the civilizations that could have risen and flourished in that same amount of space, all the wonders the world will never see. Crops that wither and die in his shadow. Entire ecosystems wiped out in desperate attempts to sate his hunger. And the disasters, can't forget the disasters: earthquakes caused by every (thankfully rare) step, tidal waves resulting from his anomalous effect on the local gravity, lives lost beneath avalanches of shit.

He's not all bad, though. At least people can rely on him for shelter when hurricanes and tornadoes tear other, less stable structures from the ground, granting some measure of safety to those who would otherwise be exposed to the elements.

(Provided he doesn't roll over, of course.)

It really makes me sick. I feel bad for this guy, but this outlandish outpouring of sympathy is so phony that it makes me cringe real hard. In the GAF thread you read people saying they have cried all day for days now. Come on now. It's a contest for who is the biggest bleeding heart.
