So, I just went through the entire series recently. They were all very enjoyable.

Epiphany's ending...

So, he really should have used the soul vampires as the EPIC FINALE instead of Rosa Universe Jesus. The way the game wrapped up their plot was...

Joey: Hey Benjiro, you look like you have something to say, do you?

Benjiro: Yes, I certainly do.

Benjiro: I have to go now. New Jersey needs me.

FWOOP!

NOTE: BENJIRO WAS SENT AWAY BY ROSA UNIVERSE JESUS.

BUT!

she said she got all the ghosts in her Jesus Christ pose. What gibes?!?!

But there are more ghosts created.

I say, I'm still craving for more. A new "season" featuring a human Joey as a central character might be nice. The theme doesn't even have to do anything with ghosts.

Nah, if he makes a game with Joey as the protagonist, Rosa will loom over everything too much. Better turn over a new leaf (which is what Gilbert is intending to do given all the attempts at tying off all loose ends) and do something completely different.

Yeah, we all know what happened the last time we had a TV show named "Joey" :D

Yeah, I would not want a series about Joey and his adventures as a clothes salesman. Does not seem like a very interesting premise.

I dunno, it could work. It could have a similar gameplay to the main series, except instead of finding out about the ghosts' personalities, quirks and issues so you can send them off, you have to find out the same about your clients so you can custom make their suits just right!

This is not canon in my mind

Blackwell 5 is like the resonance police station sequence in my mind. With enslaved ghosts.

Not a bad series, the ending sucks and I'll just ignore it exists since the game didn't mandatorily need a proper ending but it's too easy (and if you use the "Plan next action" hint system it becomes ridiculously easy). I am a little disappointed, especially because the clue system is an interesting alternative to a big inventory system. Sure Primordia was not hard but nothing comparable (I am happy that some adventure games are harder than Primordia, but I wouldn't say that it's too easy). I'll still play at least Resonance and Technobabylon, because the story was mostly good (I particularly liked the second episode, not that lauren is a better character, they're both good, but I liked the atmosphere and the cases).

Just finished this. The ending aside I enjoyed the series. I was expecting a showdown with the emo-vampire organisation after the last episode instead of Universe-Jesus-Rosa. My other gripe is that all episodes bar the last are too short, it's hard for an adventure to be challenging/complex when you only have a few scenes per episode to work with.
