Looks the same as old threads started back in Bioware, Bethesda, etc forums back in the day. Only difference is "End of RINE!" after butthurt overload seems a bit slower on the Steam forums.

I already agreed with you that of course they don't need to brag about second place if they have "better" awards, I disagreed with your take on why that is the case. If this is about it being put on the back of the box, sure, in this case they probably won't, that's why I wrote they "mlght also put it" on it.

I mean take a look. In bg3's case the goty doesn't even help them because everyone bought the game anyways. Something called 'destructoid'(never heard of them) snubbed baldurs gate 3 for the new zelda game. Didn't stop them from giving GOTY 2019 to outer worlds lol.


I want everyone to think of this. Outer worlds was 2019's game of the year in 2 publications.
