this incessant haggling attempts is going to induce a voter fatigue, so why don't we just list 3 choices in order of preference like

Kiasyd - 4 pts
Giovanni -2 pts
Brujah - 1pt

The points are fixed.First choice is 4 points, second one is 2 and last one is 1 point.Alternatively we can distribute the seven points over 3 choices, but then we'll have another endless discussion about which method we ought to pick, so totally ignore the second point allotment scheme.

If this also fails,Grotsnik, would you fucking please make a sortition so we can get this thing rolling??!!!
I am sure, I'll enjoy anything you bring to the table..

Jesus, it really is a circus, Orgasm is right. The problem is that we have a lot of great options, so that now people are voting for options that they don't like so that an option they like even less doesn't get picked. For the next round of character voting, I suggest a point system with every voter's top three choices. #1 pick gets 3 points, #2 gets 2 points, #3 pick gets 1 point; just like votes for the Heismann trophy. That way, you have to vote honestly and you have to vote for the one you like best. Right now it might be a little too late for that.

For example, if we did it that way, I would vote like this:

1) Brujah
2) Tzimisce
3) Malkavian

EDIT: googleplaz just suggested the exact same thing four minutes before me. Good job, old chap.

Sounds sensible and faster than the method I proposed. Here goes :

Kiasyd : 4 points
Gangrel : 2 points
Tremere Antitribu : 1 point

Guys, I have the perfect argument to convince you to vote for Tremere Antitribu.
With this character we will can fuck Eames up, hard. :smug:
An lol to everyone going the tranny way by choosing Tzimisce as the evil option after dissing an infernalist as Eames.
By the way here are my picks:
1)Tremere Antitribu.
2)Malkavian.
3)True Brujah.

Why are you voting lasombra instead of lasombra antitribu? You really want Dubrik as a boss?

Besides, the antitribu are lower generation generally. They are the defectors from the anarch revolt after lasombra was "killed".

Hey I've just started reading this (bloody fantastic) LP. Would I be advised to read the 100 more pages I have to go before posting in this Act, or can I jump right in now?

We'll play a new character on the second act but still on the same city, so to understand the whole situation in London and the many characters and events of this LP I'd advise you to read through the chapters, ignore the discussion if you wish.

We plan to go back to Anthony eventualy.

I'm not all alone! It's like a tiny little victory.

Anyway, I was about to go off on a rant about how having three choices makes us seem like a bunch of noncommittal fucks, but it seems to be pretty much unanimously accepted and having a nap mellowed me out a bit.

So...
Lasombra antitribu
Brujah
Tremere antitribu

Insert whichever scoring system ended up more popular while I wasn't looking.

See, 7 points go to Malkavian. :smug:

EDIT. Alright, I'll play along:

Malkavian
True Brujah (black!)
Lasombra Antitribu

Here we go again :decline: What was wrong with the previous voting scheme, might I ask? But as you wish:

1) Kiasyd
2) Tzimisce
3) Tremere Antitribu

To be clear: I flopped to Tremere Antitribu because I thought we'd have more fun with it than with a Brujah. My intent was not to deny the Brujah to others but to get something marginally more enjoyable for myself.

Nah man, I didn't think that you flopped to deny people the Brujah choice, you just thought Tremere antitribu would be more fun, no big deal.

Way I see it, golgepapaz's plan is better because people aren't going to vote for two options that they feel are the lesser of two evils if it's something that they don't like. This provides a compromise and it's much faster than back-and-forth flip-flopping. Instead of choosing a polarizing option that people might have voted for because they liked the alternative even less, we'll at least have something that a reasonable amount of people are content with. It is also a far better way to manage such a wide number of options; a lot of people really liked more than one character option, so it was kinda hard to narrow it down between them. This is way quicker, too.

Seems Tremere antitribu is popular. Also, Rod Rodderson's suggestion seems like it's got some fans too.

Well, doing the summation was not a very good idea as it would again make people to flip-flop, I'd even preferred secret ballot by PMing Grotsnik but that's a strecth.

Also I didn't mention at first post but in the case of tie, the choice with the most higher picks wins(e.g. one 1st choice is greater than two 2nd choices and so on)

 Jesus Christ, it's madness!

Right, I'll give this a day longer so those poor souls who voted and left, content that they'd done their bit, can come back and put forward 2nd 'n' 3rds as requested. Otherwise I'll be going with whoever's on top then...
