Mission 07 - Springfield
We meet one of the town guards near the starting point:

You're too late! A raider attack surprised us last night. Most of the town guards are dead and the mayor's held hostage somewhere.
You guys have to help us. I've never seen raiders like these before, but they went straight for the mayor and, after that, they started going after all the ghouls.
We've got enough racial problems in this town without the raiders having to join in.
The building to the west is empty:
There's a church to the north (lol @ missing tiles):
Some bandits are guarding a buggy there:
The team engages them. Too bad that there are more of them:
We kill three bandits and a dog:
Charlotte goes north, gets shot by some camper. Five more bandits show up:
Bro gets shot too, but manages to kill another bandit NE. Squirly gets his 2nd kill finishing off Charlotte's rapist:
We continue north killing one bandit. Squirly gets shot:
Another bandit dies. Remaining two damage Squirly's private parts!
We kill all three of them, but more show up!
Squirly bravely rushes forward in the general direction of the remaining bandit. Two others show up, one of them nearly finishes Squilry's brave adventures:
Squirly heals and retreats, Bro and Charlotte take revenge on the bandits:

It's healing time! Too bad that another two bandits show up:
We snipe 'em carefully this time. Man, what a mess:
The team takes all the loot and checks the building to the east. It's a bar:

Who me? I'm Joe and this is my bar. You can find the mayor here sometimes, but those crazies threw a hood over his head and took him somewheres.
Those guys look like bandits, but if they really were, they would have killed and looted a lot more.
Now, I'd like to help, but I can't have my bar targeted by those freaks.

The mayor ain't no friend of mine what with his "ghoul this" and "ghoul that." I bet he's got some ghoul blood in him, if you know what I mean. Now he wants to make me allow ghouls in my store and everybody knows that ghouls make food go bad.
Can't say I'm shedding any tears over this.
These people will fit on Codex with ease!
Two more bandits to the north. They don't give a fuck about us, though:

Well, the ground floor is. There are some bandits NW:
Charlotte goes to the 1st floor, shots another bandit. He responds with a flash grenade:
But Charlotte recovers fast:
Bro, Neinmaske and Monkey go north:
Wolf and Squirly join Charlotte:
Wolf tries to scout ahead, ends up with a broken leg:
Monkey gets shot too. He KOs his attacker, other two guys rape the other bandit:
Charlotte finds another one:
The other group finishes off the 1st enemy and attacks the 3rd one that shows up:
Wolf catches another flash grenade:
She recovers and counterattacks. Charlotte ends this bandit:
She also finds another one (hard way):
Northern group kills both bandits:
Charlotte heals herself, gets shot again. Wolf tries to reach the bandit, sets off a trap:
She's really pissed this time:
Squirly attacks another bandit, goes back:
The team rejoins, Bro and Wolf do the healing. Charlotte attacks the bandit:
But she, Wolf and Squirly are unable to kill him. Bro does the job:
Only one room left:
One bandit inside? Let's rush in!
We were damn lucky that wasn't a frag grenade... :/

Charlotte kills the other one too:
1st floor of this building is empty. Some enemies can be seen to the east:
We continue north. There's a warehouse there:
Charlotte moves onto the roof:
Neinmaske moves to the 1st floor, finds a trap and a sleeping bandit:
He carelessly attacks the raider, blowing up the trap (Aggressive mode FTW!):
Instead of using a stimpack, Neinmaske attacks bandit again and fails. Bandit shots back:
Neinmaske is truly a lucky bastard! He heals himself and finishes the bandit off:
Wolf and Monkey move onto the roof, Monkey gets shot.
Charlotte shoots the gas tanks close to the bandits:
Monkey kills the remaining one:

Neinmaske tries to open the door leading to emergency exit, finds a trap. Charlotte disarms it:

Wolf and Monkey move to the 2nd floor, kill some roaches
And open the safe:

We continue east killing another bandit:
And explore the nearby building (empty):
Neinmaske opens the gate leading to another part of the city:
Oops. We kill a doggie and one of the campers:
Charlotte engages two other bandits:
One of them moves close, the other one throws another 'nade:
Charlotte murders two bandits (hurting Squirly a little):
Other units rush in. It turns out that the Enforcer was still alive:
Thank god for super-stimpacks! Squirly punches the doggy to death, Bro kills the Enforcer:
Phew! That was close... Neinmaske and Charlotte finish off all remaining campers:
