An eFriend of mine who is in love with nippon but hates RPGs was enlightened to the presence of this monstrous piece of digital art and asked to watch me play it. I agreed.
Presenting to you, my most esteemed and respectable ladies and gentlemen (and any gender found in between), the astonishing tale of a lone man who was held down by the cruel hand of fate in a tapestry of lies, betrayal, and loss. A man who saw his whole world crumble by his own hand... A man who when faced with insurmountable odds of the diabolical... refused to give up. A man who slammed and jammed, until he could not slam (nor jam) anymore.
Charles... Barkley.
(game is presented in breathtaking DirectX 10 rendered graphics)

For those that don't know what this game is about, here is the official backstory:
Includes magnificent voice overs, breath taking full 3D graphics that redefine what the term "photo realism" means, amazingly innovative combat system, and more pop culture references than KingComrade has posts. It may be a horrible life in Neo-New-York, but it would be an even worse life without Charles Barkley - Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden.
Note:
I am a noobus prime when it came to using FRAPS to capture the video. First play of it through the first dungeon was in too small of a screen size that it resulted in illegible text and so I had to replay the first part with a larger screen size to make it readable -- and it worked, however, I got careless and lazy for having to repeat everything I had just done and so I died twice in it (all of which was caught on video). I tried to make my encounter with Dread Ref last more than one round (last time through I killed in him right off the bat) and figured it was somewhat lame to kill a miniboss so quickly and so I tried to use basic attacks to take him down... not realizing the faghole can just summon more dread refs at will... and that the summoned ones can as well. Well, you'll see the gang rape.
Due to the nature of the gigantic uncompressed videos FRAPS saves I ended up with a missing portion that was cut near the end of the dungeon -- basically you missed out on me solving a ... uhh mind-boggling tile-shift puzzle, upon completion of which I went and saved the game and quit for the time being -- have not done in the first boss yet; that will come later today.
Future installments will probably be from save point to save point, to save on video size and to avoid cutting out fragments of video again.
Any suggestions on how long I should keep text up before hitting next is fine by me -- so far I have been actually reading each line before hitting the button, but if that is too fast then just say so and I will take it slower.
The game has a lot of dialog and for this reason alone I can't be bothered to take screen shots and/or transcribe each line of dialog by type, as such, I am sticking to video.

NOTE: Skip these first links and go down to the 'remix' area if you want screen-shot based LP instead of the longer videos posted for the beginning.

For those that don't know what this game is about, here is the official backstory:
Bro sportin' Doris' avatar from Bloodlines said:The Great B-Ball Purge of 2041, a day so painful to some that it is referred to only as the "B-Ballnacht". Thousands upon thousands of the world's greatest ballers were massacred in a swath of violence and sports bigotry as the game was outlawed worldwide. The reason: the Chaos Dunk, a jam so powerful its mere existence threatens the balance of chaos and order. Among the few ballers and fans that survived the basketball genocide was Charles Barkley, the man capable of performing the "Verboten Jam"...
Flash forward 12 years to the post-cyberpocalyptic ruins of Neo New York, 2053. A Chaos Dunk rocks the island of Manhattan, killing 15 million. When the finger is put on the aging Charles Barkley, he must evade the capture of the B-Ball Removal Department, led by former friend and baller Michael Jordan, and disappear into the dangerous underground of the post-cyberpocalypse to clear his name and find out the mysterious truth behind the Chaos Dunk. Joined by allies along the way, including his son Hoopz, Barkley must face the dangers of a life he thought he gave up a long time ago and discover the secrets behind the terrorist organization B.L.O.O.D.M.O.S.E.S.
