So.. DA1, ME2, ME1, JE, KOTOR, NWN, BG2, BG1, SS, and MDK2 are all failures finanically wise/ Ok then.
In terms of expectations, yes, they all bombed astronomically since neither did "the thing BioWare does".

I was agreeing with you, you daft punk.

It's hilarious how you responded by digging up the same quote and taking it right out of context. The speaker was answering a question along the lines of, "How many copies would you need to sell to achieve your dream of having a huge ass fucking hit by mainstream (Call of Duty) standards?", which is not at all to be confused with the question, "How many copies would you need to sell to keep DA2 from being a terrible failure?"

It's hilarious that you went to all that trouble to counter a point I was not actually making. I wanted to correct Volly that it was not "some bio dude" giving those numbers out, but the bio founder Himself. At the same time helping out the Captain in finding the source of the target numbers Volly was referring to. Nowhere did I say that < 10 million = "terrible failure". Are you a non-native English speaker, or what?

Greg Zeschuk: We always joke that if we only do half as well as Blizzard on Star Wars: The Old Republic, we'll be quite satisfied.

Heh, yeah good luck with that.
