do these reviewers know that 9/10 should mean an almost perfect game? and that 5/10 should mean an average game?

these reviewers are like a teacher who gives a student an A- because they showed up to class most of the time, even if the student failed every test

no, no, the review scores reflect how many bribes they got, 9/10 = flew them to a fancy dinner, got free cocaine and hookers, 5/10 = only sent $50 via paypal

that's a lot of cocaine and hookers btw, they must be cheap in poland

I wonder if I'll play this one for 1.5 hours, say it's shit, refund it, and then buy it for 80% off in two years, and enjoy it with 30 mods installed?

Cyberpunk is the new Skyrim.
Man, even if you don't like CP, comparing it to Skyrim is insulting.
I like 2077, now. I'm just bitter that the marketing was almost scam-level and it took years for the game to be enjoyable.

What do you mean? Actually, could you TL;DR me on this expansion in general?

They nerfed the damage for most weapons and they increased the mobs's HP. Everything is weaker and slower.

Also they introduced level scaling which means that the sense of progression is gone.

TL;DR: If you cannot become OP then there is no point in playing the game. They destroyed the only thing which made the game acceptable.

I'll wait for the expansion to come out, before trying out this re-release.
For people who aren't in on it, this is the PATCH releasing, the "enhanced edition". In a few days, the DLC expansion releases.

I'm still bitter it doesn't even try to be an RPG, and the focus is on an on-rails Hollywood story. Huge missed opportunity, especially given their past games/reputation.

They fixed the bugs (mostly), but its biggest problems was never the bugs, but the design choices made after they hired Keanu.

I doubt the game is very hard. I still see videos of people effortlessly killing everything with the new patch. Base weapon damage was not where most of your damage came from in the original version, anyway. To say nothing of the bustedness of timeslows, hacking, etc.

I decided to boot the game due to the 2.0 confetti party, I'd say they gave a few steps ahead regarding itemization, cyberware and the perk tree so they added a bit more depth in your character building. But they committed the cardinal sin of setting up enemies with Level Scaling, so every enemy will feel the same regardless of your current level or equipment.

With level scaling plus nerfs to netrunning, both stealth and hackerman builds feels harder to use. The age of broken ass hackermanstealth builds is over.

Now whoever was expecting this to be a total overhaul bringing RPGs back to CP2077 choices matter etc etc. Forget about its still your linear story with a few poorly imsim elements implemented, they just decided to clean the shit stain to make it more presentable.

if you mean destroying enemies through the walls then yes.

However, actual sneaking around, using hacks in order not to be seen and picking enemies one by one - thats cooler than ever

I haven't really looked at my end game save. Did they keep the sniper rifles that can blast through walls?
