Anyone else experiencing a glitch where potions don't refill after meditating?
It started happening after a drowner interrupted my meditation, and now it happens whenever I meditate, accompanied by the message "you cannot do that now". It even happens when I load an earlier save.

Lol I had something similar then the horse disappeared.The game have stink of Skyrim, gave me terrible flashbacks
Also I saved while wanting to deal with some banduts in velen and two of them disappeared.

When I travel to White Orchard and then try to travel to Velen the game crashes during loading.
