Am I the only one who cannot log into MP?
Nope, I couldn't log in either. Server problems I guess.

Even more banal than SC2 story.how's the story?
how's the story?
Was gonna come here and complain how boring the game was after playing the first mission, but the escort's been a lot of fun. Game has promise. I like the UI, the map zoom levels. Needs adjustable animation speed though.
I've bought it on gog, wanted to register but as far as I have seen I'm missing the cd key for the game. Did anyone have the same problem? I checked my account page, but there was nothing there.

Open the game on your account page and it should be listed as your "serial number":
If it's not then I suggest contacting support.
What's the problem? That you have to click twice to move a second time? However, the mission does highlight the biggest problem with the game: movement. When you're just moving from place to place, the action system is a fucking pain in the ass. That, however, seems to be the game's only noteworthy issue.

That and that you have to keep track manually of the state of the units. Some visual aid to quickly identify "depleted" units would go places.

Dunno, I find the animation speed more bothersome. While one unit is moving I order the next one, then switch back to the first while the other is moving... Yeah ok, it could use some polish all around.
So how have you solved it?It was frustrating to begin with and I caught myself thinking "why the fuck would they implement an escort mission as their second mission?" Then I changed my tactics and absolutely crushed it.

BTW It has a harsh problems with aircrafts, they should land on nearest airfield automatically and it basically copies Civ 2.
There doesn't seem to be the same variety of units as BI2 (2200?), but most of the missing ones were logistical units that no one ever uses.
