If I had it my way, people who want to use loli avatars would have to obtain a loli license from the government. There'd be strict biological requirements in terms of gender, race, age, waist-to-hip-ratio, and so forth. Only genuinely cute girls would be able to become licensed & present themselves as lolis. Ideally there'd also be a eugenics program breed more of them. There'd be no mercy for crusty old men, or hags, abusing the power of loli avatars. Exceptions could be made for AI, and of course for fictional characters designed by certified lolis. For the time being (until the Fascist loli government agency manifests itself) alas I must assume the worst of anyone with a loli avatar!
