The concept behind Dead MOney's world and atmosphere was ok but implemented poorly. The zombies are fucking obnoxious, but I liked how the Cloud and your collar added an element of urgency about the gameplay.
Taking away your stuff and adding the obligatory dismemberment pushed it further into shit tier.I feel like medicore combat is a hallmark of the franchise.
How long is that going to take? It's a aaa game that will probably get 10/10 GOTY reviews on every mainstream outlet like any other turd shat out by Bethesda. There's also the diarrhea of DLC that it will probably get.I'll wait and see what people say and then I'll eventually wait for it to hit the bargain bin

I don't know about that.Pete is claiming they've been pulling this for a while, can anyone confirm?
"We've been doing it this way more or less for 10+ years. Seems to be doing ok. Lots of people bought Skyrim, Wolfenstein, etc ... This isn't new. We have been doing this for all our PC games for a while now."
10+ years? Hmmm...weird - I don't seem to recall it being reported ten years ago. Unless he means they've been releasing their games as broken.
I also don't get their logic. How does limiting files on the disc, prevent piracy? People will still just crack the files from Steam anyway...I don't know about that.
Notice how the article contains a twitter message and best deals for all the games. Good journalism.
It was the same with skyrim ,that shit installed like 70% and then i had to wait to download the rest of data, fucking cock suckers.....what's the point of those damn dvd's then ?Pete is claiming they've been pulling this for a while, can anyone confirm?

Pete must still think that it's the 90's, and the way to prevent piracy is to stop people burning DVDs.And it's not like it won't be cracked in the first 2 hours of release, so why the fuck would you still torture your paying costumers?
Objectively, purely for convenience - patches etc.Why would you pay for Fallout 4?
Lets just skip why would you play for the sake of argument.

Patches and updates were the "solution" some devs found for preventing piracy. That's why Paradox games are constantly updated with new dlc and stuff like that - if you pirate the game, you will always be behind the last fully working version of it. However, knowing Bethesda, they won't support the game for that much time after release (basically a few patches here and there and then the GOTY edition), so if you *really* want to buy Fallout 4, just wait for the complete version instead.
