Dude, you've got it wrong. I'm all for simulators and shit (by the way, I really am) but I'm just curious if you're ever going to play as a German foot soldier during WW 2.

Also Silent Storm. It's a bit of alt. history though, but still in WW2 setting. You can play as allies (which include russkies and even a stereotypical ukrainian) and germans (that includes german ww2 gunporn too!).
Great game if you didn't play it yet, mostly due to it being more or less a clone of JA2.

Yeah it's a retarded rule so I'm going to ignore it.

All the WW2 Call of Duty games have Ruskie campaigns. COD3 wins by also having Polish (!) campaign, can't think of many Western WW2 games that have this. Panzer General 3D had France, People's General had China, Pacific General had Japan.

If we're sticking to the arbitrary rule, aside from those already mentioned there's War In Russia (Russian and German campaigns). Panzer General had German campaign only, so did PG2.

Don't think that there are that many WWI games aside from one FPS, that old strategy game from the Battle Island people, that shit strategy game I reviewed on TC, that amiga arcade sim and that indie freeware game called combat medic or something. There's also a flash game out there that while being better than most flash games is still a flash game and therefore shit.
