Can you define an RPG? I'm being serious. I looked up steam tags and DMC4 is included. I think that would be pushing the definition so what are we looking at?

Steam tags are sometimes poorly assigned. Check out how many RTS games are under the "City Builder" tag, for example. I guess, in a really loose sense, a base you're building in order to turn resources in to what I need to crush all the enemies on a map is kind of like a city, but I was looking for something like Sim City or one of the Anno games.

It's dumb as fuck isn't it? But CRPG can apply to character RPGS or Computers RPGS. So I don't know what I'm specifically being asked here.
