Graphics and animations are nice. Cool setting.

Hopefully maneuvering the animals requires some actual skill.

Well, to be fair the whole sequence (use ravens to drive out cannibals from the holy place, use rabbit to get to ravens, use eagle to get snake, use snake at holy place to summon a goddess) is quite similar to what you do in Adventure games despite different presentation. Unless you are told exactly what to do with a quest compass, which can't be ruled out of course.

Looks nice, but what if stuff like the cannibal event is recurring random stuff which happens every 5 minutes like in so many other open world games?
