In fact, I can't think of a game that I'd rate as "adult" or "for adults".

It must be hard living in your parents' apartment.

Well, cite one. Most games I've seen actual adults (no, manchildren don't count) playing are played by kids as well. Simcity, sports games, etc. Most adults will play Super Mario over Blood and Gore 3: The Maiming (which is rated 18+ but no one over 16 touches it)

I think PST would bore most children to death.

Plus the game can have something only an adult would get, while being still enjoyable for children.

Falcon 4.0

Ah, point taken, Sir. I was actually thinking of the game contents only, and even "adult" themes are always portrayed in a very juvenile way.

Dear old TFX, Eurofighter and F22. Not to mention LHX! Now flight simulators are down to H.A.W.X. ...

No, The Void is good. Even though it has titties, I didn't find it pornographic or even that erotic. Some of the women were sexualised more than others, but that was because of their personality, not because one of the devs went "we need to have sex in this game, bros".

Oh, I didn't spit on The Witcher's sex cards, that's certain.

Funny you should mentioned that because I was about to edit my answer to simply be one of the Witcher sex cards! Unfortunately you beat me to it.

Hurr durrr Fallot 3 was so bad it's good New Vegas is slightly better thus worse

New Vegas had shit combat, shit character development, and boring-as-fuck story/characters. All Obsidian/Beth were trying to do (with both games) was milk some cash out of the retard consoletard crowd.

The combat is boring and uninspired, but simple enough to breeze through if you want to enjoy some good quest design. I don't care what Obsidian's intent when making New Vegas was, that doesn't make every quest suck.

I apologize. I was under the impression that's exactly what this thread was supposed to discuss -- Obsidian's intentions when making New Vegas.

I assumed you were, since you brought them up. It's okay, though, since you apologised and all.

Everyone I know who played and enjoyed NV are in their 20s. Of course, I don't socialize with many people outside that age range.

Also, what the fuck. Baronjohn is the worst troll since Andhaira stopped posting in GRPGD.

As vid game demographics age games become more accessible which is codexer for dumb down. The 20 something casual masses are less 'hardcore' than what we call kids of yesterday and today.

You should try a curious experiment, and post a similar thread on social.bioware, and see how long it lasts. None of the threads or modules I tried reporting (have been experimenting myself) ever got shut down.
