What changes would be in a 64-bit New Vegas?

Hypothetically Microsoft, in the quest for more money, decides to to port New Vegas to Xbone Two and release a 64 bit PC version alongside it. What do you think would actually be plausible changes (not adding big areas of new content) beyond just "bug fixes"?

1: One cell Strip and Freeside, with fast travel points.
2: The events around Forlorn Hope removed in patches to fit the bunker into console memory are back in.
3: The low poly versions of armor for Battle of Hoover Dam sequence aren't a thing.
4: Pre-order DLC items are now hidden around the Goodsprings/Primm area (The Devil's Gullet, Goodsprings Cave, that bunker near the memorial, a one time spawn at the highway patrol station) rather than dumped on the player upon waking up.
5: (GRA) weapons aren't a thing. The GRA exclusive mods can be put on base game weapons of the type
6: Grunt now works with Battle Rifle and Automatic Rifle. Light Shining in Darkness is a "religious weapon" for GRA challenges.
7: Less invisible walls.
8: Recharger weapons work with Laser Commander
9: Four-Eyes is +2 Perception with a penalty when not wearing glasses instead of a -1 Perception with a bonus when wearing glasses (makes it not screw you out of pre-requisites)
10: Higher quality textures from original master files.

Do you think there's anything else that would be plausible?
