Maybe if it's your first paycheck, otherwise buying stuff is not something I would be proud of in any context. But everybody is different. Enjoy your gameProud of buying it ?Proud is weird in this context. I can understand happy, would make more sense
Need to test the CDs yetDoes it even work? I recently tried to install my CD version of "Ancient Conquest" and it doesn't even work...
I get your point. What I meant to say is that made me very happy to buy a piece of nostalgia from my teen years and one of my favorite games ever in physical format. It is also debatable if nostalgia is a good thing but still, I am happy I was able to buy it .Maybe if it's your first paycheck, otherwise buying stuff is not something I would be proud of in any context. If I wanted to trade for potatoes in an apocalyptic scenario I would have bought and inflatable doll instead, better valueMake sure to laminate it, maybe you'll be able to sell it in 20 years time for 500% profit or something.
Or at least trade it in for a few potatoes when the world goes to shit.
Yeah but that's the thing with apocalyptic scenarios, you donno when they're gonna happen. If I wanted to trade for potatoes in an apocalyptic scenario I would have bought and inflatable doll instead, better valueMake sure to laminate it, maybe you'll be able to sell it in 20 years time for 500% profit or something.

I am trying not to fall in the collectionism rabbit hole. If I happen to come across a physical copy of a game I really like and it is in an acceptable state and price (no crazy sealed stuff) then I buy it.Nice.
Do you purchase physical copies of your favourite classic games very often or is this your first one?
