Unban my previous account

I would like to kindly ask if you could unban my previous account named "Konjad". Along with this request I would like to ask for a few more things:
- don't ban my current account
- don't change password of any of my accounts
- don't remove any of my accounts
- don't change names of any of my accounts
- don't change avatar of any of my accounts

Please consider my request, I would certainly love you more if you'd fulfilled my requests, preferably all at once.
