Seems pretty good, you can read a preview from one of the links in that article. Downloaded it and tried to run it, looks very pretty but I haven't had time to play it properly. It's supposed to be very demanding according to the RPS dude, but they're not really a bunch of hardcore players judging by their tastes, so I'm not sure about the actual level of difficulty the game provides.

Other than TTD I also enjoyed traffic giant and transport giant. The only bad thing in transport giant was the lack of terrain height levels other than that I felt it was a really good expansion on the transportation company sim concept.
