TW3 has ~250 quests

Pretty crazy considering almost all of them are not fetch quests..
I am on my second playtrough and i am yet to reach skellige. Last time i skipped completely all quests there aside from mc and going by numbers it is actually as big as novigrad area quest number wise.

The Witcher 3 has 258 quests
There are 89 main quests (including secondary quests that fit with the main story, like Tower of Mice)
118 Side quests (not including secondary quests mentioned above)
26 Witcher Contracts
7 Gwent Quests
7 Treasure Hunts
11 Races and Fits of Fury quests

None of that counts for the hidden treasure or other points of interest quests
The number of side quests by location are:

White Orchard: 5
Velen: 33
Novigrad: 37
Skillege: 37
Kaer Mohren: 6

Out of those side quests, 33 don't show up on your quest log.

Wasn't FNV something like 250 too ?

Go quest to quest giver, go to predetermined location, use Witcher sense, fight, choice. Rinse and repeat about 200 times. And the game is boringly slow if you play without the objective path, the npcs don't give proper directions 95% of the time.
