They're generally near enough to be of some use (off within a week or two in most cases, save where recently announced titles are concerned) and update regularly. Still, as previously mentioned, most of the games in your list have no official release date.

You want to know the release dates, eh? Ask yourself if the game is a "blockbuster". If yes, then it will come out from October until December. On any other month the company won't make any money, supposedly. If the release date if for any other month, then there's a 90% probability that it will be moved to Q4.
