Gato Studio's historical fantasy time travel RPG The Waylanders was originally supposed to have been out in November. A week before its launch date the developers announced that they needed more time and delayed its release to February, but judging by the review scores it looks like that wasn't enough. I'm not sure why this random Spanish studio ever thought they had what it took to produce a Dragon Age: Origins clone or how they gained the clout to hire a bunch of celebrity writers and voice actors, but I imagine Chris Avellone might be feeling pleased with himself now. Here's the game's launch trailer:

And its handful of reviews, which find the game to be extremely janky, poorly paced and tonally off. Here's the list:

It was obvious these ex bioware pederasts will never deliver anything that's not a steaming pile of shit. When the game has a 50 year old female warrior who prefers to be refered as "they" you know what kind of game it will be.

Waylanders been a joke from the start. At least it was a funny one because watching these sjw types trying to deliver a game is like watching a bunch of clowns juggling chainsaws.

Can't really say how it was in the west, though from what've gathered that's what started this new generation of failures/useful idiots.
Here in the east of Europe(if your location is true, then you know it too) we didn't have bullshit like that. Even communists with their equality bullshit, still used to endorse competition in sport to the point that every factory and other institution like police for example used to have their own football teams.
(It was communism/socialism so it still was retarded, but nowhere near as retarded as current iteration of neo communism is.)
