Pish. Not even the mighty Fallout made the list. It's got some interesting things, but the best stuff is the really early history of gaming, before the mainstream pissed in it. It's really too topical to be worth anything, though.

The only RPGs in there are BG and, strangely, Darklands. Not even Wizardry and Ultima are remembered (are they fucking stupid or something?). But a shitload of "winter games" and "skate or die". Yawn.

Summary - get rid of the "game" entries and you end up with somewhat intriguing reading.

Unless you consider Baldur's Gate, the Age of Empires series (incl. each innovative sequel & expansion) and Spore to be at the forefront of our current progress, anyway.
