Hammer and Sickle. I liked "Silent Storm", liked "Sentinels" even more and I had no idea H&S was actually more of the same. I thought it was just another (seemingly good) strategy game. When I installed it and saw it was another SS game, I almost creamed my pants. Then I played it...

I might give it another try eventually, because I really want to love it, but damn, it's really frustrating and unenjoyable.

I really wanted to like KOTOR. I've started it several times over the years, but I always give up after a few hours.

Icewind dale 2. I try and I try to keep playing it, my characters are fine, i can easily beat most encounters, it's just extremely dull to me.

Daggerfall. I heard good things about it when I first joined the 'Dex, but it just didn't interest me when I tried to play it again.

Mass Effect.

I really wanted to see what all the fuss was about, but unskippable cutscenes, whac-a-mole combat and awful vehicle sections were p. hard for me to ignore.

Maybe another time.

Street Fighter Turbo 2 Alpha X, uh, whatever. Also the HD remix. I had the impression it's the most hardcore fighting game with the best controls ever, instead I found out I hate the incredibly unforgiving, needlessly complicated and ill-conceived control scheme with eight buttons, none of which is assigned to block, I hated how it plays, constant fireball spam and lots and lots of jumping and the tactics relying a lot on the fact the game is so hard to control. Then we got back to Virtua Fighter 2 with three buttons, one of which is block, where jumping is pretty suicidal, there's no fireballs and matches end quickly.

NWN, NWN2 - dull, cliche, boring, repetitive, terrible camera, bad story, fugly graphics (design)
Dragon Age - way too much boring filler combat, tedious and forced dungeon crawling, cliche
AvP (the new one) - just fucking boring

The games I could think of have already been mentioned.

EVE Online - The perfect MMO, but I always grow bored after a couple of months.
Morrowind - Great world, great atmosphere, sucky gameplay.
HoI, EU - Fun in theory. Boring in practice.

Why would you even try to like them? You notice they are inherently bad after 2 minutes.
