We haven't heard much about Starfield since the big gameplay reveal last summer, other than a couple of short Q&A videos on Bethesda's YouTube channel. The game was previously delayed to the first half of 2023, but apparently that was still too optimistic. Today they announced that it'll be launching on September 6th. The brief 2001: A Space Odyssey-esque trailer is followed by a special message from old man Todd.

We can expect to see more of the game at the Starfield Direct event this summer on June 11th.

I mean does someone really expect a good game after Fallout 76?

Their last halfway decent game was Morrowind and that was twenty years ago.

Is there really a sad sucker on the codex who has pre-ordered it?

Fallout 76 is actually pretty cool if you play it with a friend

Also there's no way Starfield doesn't get delayed
