Looks like it'll be in the same mould as GBoR and Legion Arena, which should be fun, as I really enjoyed developing my troops in the latter, and apparently, the battles will be turn-based. Really looking forward to it, as it'll the first TB Medieval wargame since Jeff Lapkoff's Medieval 2.

Kind of OT, but did you play Medieval 2? The Lapkoff game, not the Total War one. How was it if you did? I've played the demo but it didn't really give the greatest feel for everything in the game IMO.

The discussion thread says the battles will be turn-based (they compare it to X-COM), but I don't see how that's possible with the number of units seen in the screenshots.

I've played the game on and off; I'm not sure what's in the demo, so I can't really compare the full game with it, but it's fair to say that it's a reasonably bog standard wargame based in the medieval period, with weapons, morale etc. taken into account.
