Mosely leaves and we have another look around the store. There's a newspaper on the desk :

It time we went out. It seems people have smelled the danger in the air and have barred themselves home. Stores are closed and all voodoo-related individuals are nowhere to be found.

We go by the cemetery to check if there's a new message.

Nothing's changed. It's time we tried to locate the hounfour.

Something clicked in Gabriel's brain when he saw Jackson square from up in the sky...

This can be one of the hardest parts of the game. You can easily get stuck here, because in order to proceed you need luck and some good old-fashioned pixel-hunting.


Remember that nook we spotted on the confessional wall many updates earlier ? Let's have another look :

You can easily miss it and even miss the whole confessional, since there's an identical confessional on the opposite side, that doesn't have a nook. Oh well, now that we've found a hole, Gabriel knows what to do. He grabs his rod and...

A secret rod-powered elevator inside St. Luis Cathedral confessional. You've got to hand it to the cartel, they have some ambitious ideas. Now, let's leave the signal device here for Mosely :

Feeling slightly overwhelmed, Gabriel starts exploring the place.

This land is already in our hands!


Dr. John is a sick man. An altar dominates his room, and skin and blood are the prominent decorating motif.

Across the room we notice something hanging on the wall :

It looks like a key-card, it must be important ! Let's grab it.

Dr. John seems oblivious. But as we're about to leave...

I actually felt inspired by this LP and translated a Voodooish short-story, but it bogged down at the point of Editor review. Maybe he got too depresed.
