I played this game back in the day, and this scene always bugged me because of her dress, but not for the obvious reasons.

Rogue Trooper tells the story if a GI (Genetic Infantry) who, along with his blue-skinned comrades in arms, was created specifically to be able to breathe in the toxic air of Nu-Earth. Anyone else is forced to wear chem-suits.

Yet this Inquisitor doesn't give a damn. While this particular scene takes place indoors, there's another scene where she arrives at this facility where she's not wearing a chem-suit either. There's another screenshot that Ninja Destroyer posted that shows what to expect if a normal human being is exposed to the atmosphere of Nu-Earth.

So either she is supposed to be as blue as the GI on the slab in front of her, or those tits must be some kind of super-effective air filtration system.
