No, not another Minecraft in space!
They all even look all alike. It seems designers are tripped on same acid.

Looks good. 20 bux says it never gets finished.

Serious question, has there been even one of these open world survival games that got to a version 1.0 since Terraria?

Even the big budget ones with bazillions of $$$ on Kickstarter:

Starbound: dead in the water
The Forest: lol
The Long Dark: lol
Subnautica: Some minor development but nowhere NEAR ready for launch in August as promised
No Mans Sky: not even Early Access yet

etc.

It's being released in august, there will bo no early access.

The official release is the new early access.

Yeah, I'm betting it will be "continually developed" after the "release" meaning it will never be in a 1.0 state. At least Dorf Fortress is honest enough to always stay in pre-pre-pre-Alpha

So, back in February the developer went under and removed the game from Steam. However, as of the time I'm writing this you could still buy it from GOG (and some say you could get Steam keys from Humble Bundle, don't know if true).

Most fans were disappointed when it was released, because two promised features never made it into the game:
1. Multiplayer
2. Travel to other planets

I quite enjoyed this game. Sad to see it go. Oh well.
