So... is there actually any added value to that compared to the original games? I've played it a little bit and the awfully high resolution (for which the old C&C/D2000 were never designed) makes the game(s) so boring and slow (same problem C&C Gold already had).

- Dune 2k is a mess
- Tiberian Dawn has some issues with pathing and boxing is kinda wonky. Their changes to buildings and units are kinda questionable.
- R-A is probably the most playable of the bunch.

Last I played (around 6 months ago) very few campaign missions were available. Apparently they require extensive scripting to get them to work and the devs said that it's not worth their time doing so as they think not many people would be interested in playing them anyway. As for the AI, the RA is the weakest while the Dune one is the strongest. However the Dune component wasn't very well developed as raw mentioned

Honestly this port is mostly about the multiplayer. I have tested the RA component with a friend and it ran very well, so give it a try if you want to play this game against human opponents.

There's no dune missions in stable branch yet. There are a few of them in unstable, but I haven't tried.
I tried the skirmish, it's fast and it worked fine, but the worms are very aggressive and the AI is sometimes a real pain.
Similar to C&C AI, it's very efficient, you must have really fast reflex to counter it.
