There is a "Ladies' Man" but no "Rapist" background, prestige class nor a "Whore" background for female. Fuckers!

I'm so not looking forward to this game. I didn't care at all and didn't even think of getting it in case it turns out good, but the talk of politics has me interested. I may get it afterall depending on Codex reviews.

I will wait a few days ater release to see if the game is a buggy mess or not, and if it isn't I'll buy it.

I'm not sure I have a machine at home that can play it. And since my workstation at work is also my mail server, I don't want to setup dual boot there.

Maybe we'll get some more announcements of shiny-pretty games that will goad me into upgrading.

Classic role-playing games combine hack-and-slash gameplay, character development, and an epic story--and these are all goals that the team at Obisidan is working on with Neverwinter Nights 2.

I read it earlier and the things he talked about sound interesting. The thing about politics was news to me, also the participation in several "battles". although I doubt they will feel like battles in that engine. I will see how those tings turn out soon.
