Strap Yourselves In Codex Year of the Donut Codex+ Now Streaming! Torment: Tides of Numenera Wasteland 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.

You get to have an intercourse with a lot of female dragons.

You get to kill women to save men from becoming their sex slaves.

You (and other bros) get played by women like a fiddle

Eventually you save one woman (a nun) and allow her to board your ship only to fuck her and throw her out next shore

Perhaps you meant most manly?
Let's see:
Gothic.
Fallout 1 and 2 (don't play female), roaming the wasteland and becoming a GigaChad Slayer of deathclaws, super mutants and enclave troopers with your manly arsenal while banging bitches at the Cat's Paw in Reno.

And any RPG that lets you play as a Barbarian, I guess?

More fighting = more manly. More talking = more womanly. The Codex complains if a game is a never-ending combat slog, but that's just because the only testosterone in their bodies gets put there in nightly deposits. Something like Secret of the Silver Blades (which was inspired by Seven Samurai :obviously:) is extremely manly. Fallout is 75% soy by volume. It even has a "Tell Me About" button for people who just can't get enough talking.

The first Wizardry is the only game I know of that makes the hair on your testicles grow.
