<strong>[ Game -> Article ]</strong> - More info on <a href="http://www.tacticularcancer.com/wikitacticular/index.php?title=Civilization IV">Game: Civilization IV</a>

<p><a href="http://www.mlive.com/" target="_self">mlive.com</a> have a <a href="http://www.mlive.com/entertainment/grpress/index.ssf?/base/entertainment-1/1135007123184530.xml&coll=6" target="_self">short article about history, facts and fun</a>. Here's a smidge:</p>
<blockquote>
<p>For me, it all started in 4000 AD when Julius Caesar
established the imperial city of Disneyland and recruited
Mohawk scouts the size of mountains to explore the virgin
countryside. Within a few years, they wandered across
Gandhi's borders and started a war. Fortunately,
President Roosevelt was quick to form an alliance with
Caesar and put an end to India's bloody ways. Soon
thereafter, the Romans founded Buddhism. </p>

<p>While parents fret about games turning their kids into
violent ax murders, maybe they should consider what digital
entertainment is doing to history. Because while getting the
facts all mixed up, game players are having a monumental
good time with the past. </p>
</blockquote>
<p>It's a quick read but they have a good bit of fun with Civ IV. </p>

Cute article. I enjoy the strange alternate history that Civ 4 provides. There's something perversely humourous about an Arabic city establishing Judaism on the solid foundation of the many pig resource tiles it has. Or leading Gandhi to world domination. Good wholesome fun.

The fun thing about Civ 4 blowjob articles is all the stuff they do backflips over have been in Civ since the first and have constantly been a draw to why Civ is cool, it's not like 4 just pulled all this shit out.

Except resources and culture which appeared in Civ III and now religion in Civ IV.
