UPDATE 39:
KickAss' tank locates the UFO just next to the Skyranger.
After some scouting the tank's camera feed finally reveals the species manning the craft - Sectoids.
PrzeSzkoda kills the creature.
Another gray alien is spotted.
This one is shot by Azira, but no death cry is heard.
PrzeSzkoda storms the UFO, discovering multiple dead Sectoids and a live one.
He quickly kills it.
Ending the mission.
KwaCOM's radar array detects a small UFO.
Unfortunately it disappears over South America, never to be seen again. Just like the Fuhrer.
Another one is detected over the Arabyan Peninsula and Drog is sent to intercept it.
He promptly brings the alien craft down.
Tentacle Team arrives at the crash site.
It was just another Floater mission.
Medic joins KwaCOM.
A medium UFO is detected over Asia.
As it is heading towards Europe, Drog is sent to intercept it.
The craft is of an unknown type.
It is brought down over Siberia.
Just as Kwa Team's Skyranger was approaching the crash site, Potato Base's radars detected another alien craft. Since Drog's Interceptor was still rearming, the one stationed in the South African base was sent to engage the UFO.
Meanwhile, the North American team began the crash site recovery.
Sectoids. Again. Well, better them than Floaters!
And here's another one.
Malakalov rains explosive death on the first creature.
And Fat Boobs does the same to the other one.
Here's the UFO. It looks intact at first glance.
The insidious influence of an alien mind causes Fat Boobs to panic!
Just as two Sectoids open fire at KickAss' tank, Fat Boobs panics again.
One of the would-be tank destroyers is spotted.
Dextermorgan kills it.
And this is likely the other culprit.
This one is shot by U-Cat.
Fat Boobs panics again, this time thankfully dropping his autocannon.
KickAss spots...
...and disposes of a Sectoid.
It also turns out that the UFO was not as intact as it appeared at first.
U-Cat was shot at from this corn field! Comrade Malakalov help, da?
No death cry is heard, but the smoke should help cover U-Cat for a time.
Under its cover, our brave soldier finds the guilty Sectoid.
Malakalov makes use of the autocannon to execute it... and he kills another one to boot!
Azira faces multiple hostiles inside the UFO!
But PrzeSzkoda cleverly flanks the grays, killing one.
Azira kills the remaining two with a single burst of laser fire!
As he was preparing to scout inside a building, KickAss loses the camera feed from his tank!
Dextermorgan finds...
...and kills the Sectoid responsible.
This Sectoid tried shooting Medic!
The trooper pays it back.
Slips reaches what must be the UFO's bridge and comes face to face with a Sectoid.
He disposes of the creature.
Medic locates the presumably last Sectoid. Apparently one of those felled by Malakalov was feigning death.
The creature is disposed of.
And the mission ends.
The African Interceptor engages the UFO over Spain.
The alien craft is downed and will be recovered by Tentacle Team.
They arrive at the crash site shortly.

I always found it somewhat funny that the medium harvesters can house less ufos than small large scouts.

Predictably, Tentacle Team ran into Floaters.
A small UFO is detected over Africa. The local Interceptor is sent against it.
The alien craft is brought down quickly, and Team KWa is sent to recover it. I have decided against posting full reports of recovering small UFOs no matter what species I ran into, unless Important Stuff happens. Should make the LP smoother.
This time we faced Snakemen.
We detect a Large UFO dirtside, near one of the Alien bases.
Unfortunately it dusts off before the away team can reach the landing site.
This one is found off the northeastern coast of New Guinaea.
TentacleCOM's away team is sent there, as is Drakron to keep the damn thing from taking off.
Unfazed by our Interceptor's presence, the aliens do take off.
Drakron brings them down into the Pacific.
Another dirtside UFO, this time in the middle of fucking Africa.
I doubt either away team will reach it in time, so we intentionally wait for it to lift off before sending the African Interceptor after it.
Before the alien craft can take off, another one is detected.
Drog is sent after it.
The very moment the dirtside UFO started moving, the South African Interceptor was launched after it.
We bring it down over Tanzania's coast.
And Drog downs his prey over Botswana.
This time Tentacle Team faced Sectoids who managed to take out RK47's tank. No harm done though, since we have reserves!
And Team Kwa faced Snakemen at the other crash site. Again. The vile creatures managed to wound Azira.
This medium UFO was detected over India.
After a prolonged chase, Drakron brings it down over Siberia.
Mere moments later another medium alien craft is detected over the taiga.
It lands before Drog can reach it, and we immediately dispatch Tentacle Team towards the landing site.
No roster changes... yet

He disposes of the newly discovered threat.

It disappeared from our radars for some time, but was then picked up again, dirtside.
As Drakron's Interceptor was running low on fuel, Drog was sent to pi the UFO to the ground.
Apparently aware of the approaching Skyranger, the aliens decided to dust off anyway.
The fuckers outrun our Interceptors
And disappear from our radars.
So it's back to Team Kwa's original mission - recovering the crashed UFO.
KickAss immediately spots a Sectoid on his tank's camera feed.
No more Sectoid.
KickAss also locates the UFO.
Fat Boobs spots...
...and shoots a Sectoid lurking near the Skyranger.
This alien tried to shoot Slips.
Slips repays in kind.
KickAss locates another hostile.
Malakalov feeds it some high explosive autocannon rounds, killing another alien in the process.
KickAss doesn't appreciate aliens trying to wreck his tank.
Oh no he doesn't.
So the UFO *was* damaged in the crash.
Slips reports hearing strange whispers in his mind.
The alien nearest Azira damaged the tank considerably.
Bad Sectoids! Down! Both of you!
PrzeSzkoda faces a horde of aliens.
But JoKa flanks them and takes two of them out.
PrzeSzkoda kills the third one, leaving the fourth one to Medic.
PrzeSzkoda spots...
...and executes another hostile.
Medic faces an unarmed alien at the UFO's upper floor.
The creature is executed without mercy.
What the... what happened here? Why is the door destroyed?

I think we made the aliens angry...
Fortunately the Battleship only scouts the immediate area of the old Potato Base and appears to be unable to locate the new one.
Finally we unlock the secrets of Elerium-115!
The Floater Engineer we interrogated several updates ago told us enough about alien tech before succumbing to Azira's interrogation techniques that we can now research alien grenades and UFO Power Sources.
They managed to slip one of their Terror Ships past our radars!
Team Kwa to the rescue!
