Hmm... It's quite obvious who Corn, Oswald and Velvet will have to fight, but I'm not quite sure about Mercy and Gwen.

Mercy's a queen, so the throne thing could apply to her. Also, I suspect her true name is Yggdrasil.

On the other hand, the red stone also suggests Mercy, since Gwen's psycher is blue.

Would be more entertaining, imo, if you showed at least some of the alternate setups. There are scenes before all the fights right? Seeing, for example, Oswald or Gwen fighting Onyx, would be pretty interesting as far as what they have to say to eachother. Ditto for lots of other matchups.

Hope you remembered to have everyone's inventory stocked up before you finished their chapters. I recall having to redo Gwen's book because doing the armageddon fights with no items is a bitch.

Here I say again, picking the wrong choice does lead to NOT seeing the ending.

The only thing you get from the wrong choice for the fight is different scenes, as picking Gwen to fight Oxyn (that is a wrong choice) will lead to a unique "oops" scene.

Most of the match-ups are now obvious : Corn fights the beast of Darkova, Oswald fights King Gallon and Velvet fights the Cauldron. I'm not sure it's really necessary to vote on that !

It seems likely that Mercy fights Onyx and that leaves Gwen versus Leviathan.

What does it mean?
Well, we can now prepare for the upcoming fights by re-visiting all five books.
From the scratch sadly (starting from Prelude), but with Phozon & HP level, money and equipment that we gained in previous playthroughs.
And that's what I'm gonna do now...
I've decided to reach at least level 30 both Psypher- and HP-wise with all characters and prepare a stash of items for all of them...
