Fate. Chapter 4, Act 1 - Pooka Village
Meril is relieved:
Everyone was rushing around. Father has a bad back, but he still tries to keep up... I worried about all of you. I'm just very relieved...
Meril...
You talk to much... :/
Furry archer is relieved too:
I'm still nervous that you could have been discovered...
Master Krois is... relieved...
Have you seen the Pooka with a sword?
Oh? He's still around. He's just resting. You needn't worry about him, though. As far as I can see, he'll be fine.
Furry vendor has charms on stock now:
Which means that we're gonna face either fiery bitches or gay dragon next...
Velvet buys both of them and spends some time in the kitchen:
She leaves the Village after that.
It's the dragon then.
Fate. Chapter 4, Act 2 - Near Pooka Village
Velvet pulls out the ring from its warm resting place once more:
Master...
Will the Cauldron remain asleep? Perhaps... Perhaps the prophecy could be mistaken...
Yeah, right...
Suddenly, some goblins show up:
What!?
A wild goblin commander appears!
Much moar show up:
W-What do you want?
Velvet pwns two of them just in case:
Wait! Listen...
My grandfather?
Princess, the king is furious...
One of his subordinates butts in:
But the commander tells him to be:
Quiet!
He said if you'll return the ring, he'll love you again.
Hard choice, people!
Princess Velvet...
Goblin commander decides that the time of furry-diplomacy is over:
Killing her isn't an option... Just steal the ring.
Master Krois decides to play
an hero:
There are too many of them. Run away!
One of the goblins approaches him:
Quiet, old man!
And:
Master Krois looses his cane and
monocle goggles:
Worry not about me...
Velvet pwns some goblins:
...
But eventually decides to leave poor old furry alone and GTFO:
Fate. Chapter 4, Act 3 - Winterhorn Ridge
She faces not only snowflakes and yetis here (frozen status) but also goblins (poison):
The most dangerous enemies here are big yetis, though:
For additional fun, there are also some Aesir units present:
Both vendors that Velvet can meet show symptoms of definite incline in [PER] area:
Do you have any warming medicine? If not, you'll freeze to death up here.
Our heroine pwns some birds:
And meets another vendor:
I hope I didn't pass out and am hallucinating.
Velvet fights two revenants (fuckers take way too long to kill, since they stay hidden most of the time):
Finds 3 new recipes (Floating Island, Roasted Lamb, Herb-Roasted Shrimp), learns 4th Skill (Invisible), has some problems with the final 5/5 stage:
But reaches the Dragon's Lair finally...
Fate. Chapter 4, Act 4 - Above the Clouds
All she finds is Hindel's (desecrated) corpse...
And the most thick-headed of all dragons:
His soul is with the stars.
Why are you here, jewel handler? If I dislike your answer, you shall not leave this mountain.
I have been waiting for you...
He introduces himself:
Who are you? I must know, or I will not help you.
You are related to the one who created the cauldron that destroys souls. And... That jeweled chain...
She tries to change the subject:
Hindel last told me...
That's how Wagner learned about Oswald...
He knew it all... But he died following his destiny. He mentioned you then...
But Wagner's butthurt is still on critical level:
He died from that jewel! Don't casually dismiss his death.
You don't seem to understand that my friend's death pains me terribly... It pierces my heart, you witch of Valentine...
And some of you probably thought that I was making this Hindel-Wagner gay relationship up.
Let's face it - it's even more obvious than in Top Gun...
Wagner goes full emo:
I curse the misfortune of meeting you here.
But it's too late - the time has come again:
