Is there an in game CONSOLE in DRAGON AGE?

Hey, I have been trying to find out [prior to buying DRAGON AGE ORIGINS] if the game
has an in game cosole [like BALDURS GATE 2 AND THE NEVERWINTER NIGHTS series
had, and other BIOWARE GAMES] so far I have found out nothing deffinate and I hope
that since the game is out now some people will answer my 3 questions.
1]does DRAGON AGE ORIGINS have an in game console?
2] how is the console activated, or enabled?
3]what are the codes or where can they be located?
