Nowadays, when you say Diablo-like it means any game with a loot system which is comprised of random items (doesn't matter what type they are in terms of weaponry, encumbrance, or anything like that since skills only scale off their DPS or whatever) with random mods which can be as exciting as '+5% movement speed when chased by a demon' or '+1.3% resource generated while channeling Town Portal'.
