Marxie, Myrat and Derp Roxor have been spamming Polish in the Shoutbox, despite a rule against this and a dedicated chat room for polish language. They're not the only ones, but they're the most pernicious spammers, and also generally the most unlikeable.

Now, Cripsy being a useless old turd and Rougay pretending to have no mod powers, there is no one to come in and boot the fuckers for spamming their hideous gibberish that derails EVERYTHING. But at least one can put the M&M retards on ignore. With Derp Shitxor this isn't possible, because he's a jannie (a rule-breaking jannie).

My very reasonable requests are thus:

1. Have someone (Proverbius?) enforce the English-only rule by booting anyone who spams Polish.

2. Or at least make Roxana ignorable, like Cripsy.
