You can get it from there and yes both game have massive improvements over both SP1 and SP2... Where would you get tactical game which allows you to fight and win over ITZrael for example? It has entire Ramadan war campaign and its just as winnable* as RL one too.
*Basically the Joos won cause Syrians got mauled so badly they strong armed Comrade Sadat onto moving from behind the SAMs and ATGMs umbrella and duke it out on desert head on with IDF armor.
Only problem is you will fight with best equiped and lead Arab Army... So buy plenty of SAMs and Malutka ATGMs and RPG7s cause your crack conscript tankers who did not even drove tractors can't hit barn doors.
