GTA 4 Complete on Steam?

So, there is GTA 4 Complete on steam for <9 euro. I am wondering if it is still full of online registration and popamole securom? Anyone got it from Steam?

You have to have a GFWL account to save games. Social club, though, not necessary, unless you want multiplayer and such.

If I remember right, you can make offline local account (without registration) for save games. At least it worked in Batman:AA.

When you create new account, instead of clicking "Continue", scroll down. "Create a local profile" or something should be highlighted in the text body.

Firewall blocking game is optional.

Just be careful if you do decide to later make a GFWL account for multiplayer, as I couldn't manage to retrieve my save games from my local profile once I had done that (with a different game).

The bundle also gives you GTA4 and EFLC separately, meaning you have to download 32GB of data to play the whole thing, most of it being redundant.
