Killap released the latest version of his Restoration Project today, version 2.0. Changelog and announcement are here. Direct link to the Windows installer is here. You can also find the direct links to the Windows installer and the manual install on the changelog page as well.

From what I've read, Killap did a ton of work on this thing, and so he felt it was necessary to jump version numbers, from 1.2 to 2.0. He also says that he improved the Kaga encounter. :)
